Die ersten fünf Blöcke habe ich schon genäht. Weitere Fotos von fertigen Blöcken sind hier zu finden.

This tablerunner uses up a lot of 1" stripes, it is machinesewn and handquilted. It is named "7 at one blow" because of the seven stripes with the tiny square in the middle.
Last year I pieced and embroidered my first crazyblock. Because I had so much fun with that, I registered in a Crazy Birthdayround. There we send each of our members a finished crazyblock from size 20x20cm to their birthday. The theme is chosen by the member. My desire was: "Christmas traditionally in red, green and something cream and gold". This are my received blocks.

To get a few more blocks in this year, I took part in further crazy birtdayround with the same topic "Christmas". The blocks above are first for the participants.
During the past few month there was a lot to do and less time for sewing and quilting. But the top of the "Twas the night before Christmas" is finished.
For the Antique Quilt I have cut the background triangles a bit too small, so I had to unstitch all of them and cut larger ones. With some repros the muslin triangles become some bonus-squares as leaders&enders, while sewing the redwork quilt together.
All blocks of the next rounds have the same measurement, so I was busy cutting 324 rectangles. It really makes a dent in my stash, but I think, there are a lot of scraps left. Now I'm cutting the background fabric, a light muslin.
